Details:

SaaStr has been working closely in conjunction with Suntec Singapore, the Singapore Tourism Board, and our dedicated, international Health & Safety team to bring the first edition of SaaStr APAC to Singapore.

As COVID-19 and international health & safety regulations evolve, these guidelines will continue to be adapted and updated to have the safest event possible.

All those planning to attend will be asked to adhere to the following health & safety guidelines.

#1. Required: Vaccine verification for all attendees. All attendees (regardless of point of origin) must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they have been fully vaccinated.

  • The following vaccinations are acceptable:

    • One dose of CanSinoBIO/Convidecia or Janssen/ Johnson & Johnson vaccine

    • Two doses of AstraZeneca, Covaxin, Moderna/Spikevax, Covishield, Novavax/Covovax/Nuvaxovid, Pfizer/BioNTech/COMIRNATY, or Sinopharm, Sinovac vaccine

    • A mixture of any two doses of vaccines listed above

    • Any of the vaccination combinations listed above and subsequently recovered from COVID-19

  • Regardless of type, you must have received your vaccination with subsequent booster for all attendees

  • An official certificate of recovery is only valid if issued 180 days prior to arrival and a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test is taken within 24 hours before your entry to SaaStr APAC.

  • We recommend bringing your physical vaccination card or digital vaccination documentation with you when traveling to Singapore and SaaStr APAC

#2 Required: Proof of Negative COVID test for all in-person attendees. Whether you’re coming from our host country of Singapore or traveling internationally, all attendees will be required to show proof of a negative COVID test within 72 hours of first entrance to SaaStr APAC.

  • This is in addition to showing proof of vaccine. Both are required for entry into SaaStr APAC.

  • Plan to be tested and bring your proof of negative test with you. An ART - Antigen Rapid Test or PCR Polymerase Chain Reaction Test is accepted as long as it’s negative.

  • Helpful hint: You can use an over-the-counter or readily available COVID rapid test and take a photo of your id, time-stamp, and result and bring it with you.

  • Limited rapid testing will be available at SaaStr APAC Registration, but do take 15 minutes per person. Plan to wait at least 30-45+ minutes or more to be tested at these locations and be ready to pay a small fee. Those that test positive for COVID-19 will not be permitted entry.

#3 Temperature checks each day of the event. Everyone attending SaaStr APAC will be required to undergo a passive temperature check prior to entry. Anyone with a temperature above 100.4 Fahrenheit will not be permitted to attend.

  • Not feeling well? For the health and safety of all our attendees, if you have any flu-like symptoms within the last 2 weeks prior to the event (fever and a cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose) or symptoms related to COVID-19 within the last 2 weeks prior to the event, unfortunately, you will not be allowed entry into SaaStr APAC 2023.  We are unable to make any exceptions. If sickness prevents you from traveling and attending, please contact the SaaStr APAC Team at registration@saastrinc.com to update your travel plans.
